Data we collect

Client briefs: company, name, email, phone, need, stack, timeline, budget, message.

Applications & talent pool: identity, contact details, LinkedIn, message, CV (file), expertise and experience.

Newsletter: email address and preferred language.

Audience measurement (if consented): aggregated usage data via Google Analytics (anonymized IP).

Purposes & legal bases

Respond to briefs and applications (pre-contractual steps / legitimate interest).

Build a talent pool and contact you for relevant missions (consent / legitimate interest).

CVs and documents

Uploaded CVs are stored outside public web access and can only be viewed by authorized staff through the authenticated admin area.

They are kept as long as needed to process the application or talent-pool entry, then deleted or archived per legal duties and operational needs (indicative: up to 24 months without an active relationship, unless you request otherwise).

Recipients & transfers

Data is accessible to TalentStaff / BestStaff staff handling recruiting and sales.

Technical providers (hosting, transactional email) act on instruction with appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Under applicable law (GDPR / Moroccan law), you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, and objection to processing.
